Right i'm in. I'll have a set Tarmac II's in Gun Metal 18" with Kumho's for now. I'll let them run down and get a decent set of tyres next year.
So tell me what I need to do.
Cheers for this.

What we need is a list of 10 names in order for the buy to become active on the discount prices... so keep in touch on the thread and when we have enough you will simply need to phone Julian, let him know it's the group buy order from here and place your order.

Simon can you just confirm because I am a little confused I thought the et was 45 on classics ?
Mines a JDM imported last year I am in the market for a new set of wheels but before i commit i want to make sure they are the right offset.. Team Dynamics quote a 45 for mine? and as you will know the wrong et will cause tyre ware ?
the above size states 48 ?
I am just quoting what TD say about wheel size for the WRX and not anything from my own knowledge..
Is there any more choice of wheels for the clasic on this buy or just the two stated ?
In desperation
Mick

Hello Mick.... When I had mine a couple of weeks back Julian advised on a 48 off set, I'm running a low car and have no rubbing issues on mine at all, or any other issues come to that.
Check my thread out from a couple of weeks back in case you have not seen it Click_Me that will show you how the car sits on the 18's.
The best thing I can say is to give Julian a call and he will run through all your questions about fitment and availability, if you want to go 17" there is a lot of choice but if you want 18" it becomes more limited.
The last thing I want to do is try and quote off set figures and availability to you as I'm not 100% sure on them.... I know how important it is to get this correct I hope that's ok for you Mick ?

Just let Julian know it is in relation to the possible group buy
( 10 names needed )
Thanks
Simon

I am thinking of getting 18" rims however I would like to get the lightest I can.
I have a set of 17" with RE070's in the workshop I will wiegh them, my guess is that they are more than 9.5 kg each.

The 18's are where the largest savings are to be had.

What I was very pleased about when I had mine was the fact they have the finish on the inner rim as well as the outer... when I had my standard wrx wheels fitted that was always my grumble that the muck stuck to the inners straight after you cleaned them... with these they have had a coule of coats of polish in and out so that should help me lots when cleaning.
Hope that helps you mate

TyPe~~R, I just had a reply to that very question you asked.....
For the AP sixpots, we would need really to have AP's profile partern (usually a cardboard templete you can hold against the rear of the wheel).
Thats the only way we will know for sure.
I'm going to say I hope that helps, Have you got the template ?
