A number of 'old school' members have been treated like total **** by various people in the ESC - this is a classic example of what I'm talking about. I'm making a point from my perspective.


...And a personal point you have made...BUT - as i said, is it not only fair to wait for the others to be able to respond to your points raised. at one point you said it was because people were saying things behind others backs... is this not the same - everyone deserves a trial before execution - as for my comments on the situation - i have made none - lets just have a FAIR debate with ALL parties involved

Gangsta, if you're refering to me telling Betts the comments you made about him on here, then fine, I did tell him about the comments, and I printed the thread off so he could make up his own mind as to the context, sorry, but I wasn't the only one who thought that the said comments were "over the top", and so I wasn't the only one who told Betts about it.
Betts doesn't have internet access so he can't defend himself on here, hence me printing it off

I am making a point about what I perceive. To be honest you have know knowledge of the original Flat Four Impreza Club so can't really comment on my views. As I said I am happy you are enjoying the ESC in your two months of coming to meets - remember the ESC is not a club, it's a collective. You don't pay to come to the meets - it is not the SIDC.

I am not saying anything behind anyone's backs. The original members of the Flat Four Impreza club can choose to comment or not - either way I don't really care. I am exercising my right to free speech and am simply saying what I have seen over two and half years of Scooby ownership and coming to meets. You have no knowledge of this so, as I said, it's nice you are enjoying the ESC (and I mean that ) but in the context of what I am saying you can't really comment.

(I'm not having a go at you so don't take my comments as being aggressive towards you)

I know your not being aggressive towards me fella - never felt as though you was - you have a view point of a situation of something i know NOTHING about - and i agree 100% that I have NO comments or views on any situations or threads in this manner - my ONLY point was... do you not honestly believe that it is only fair for those involved to have view of this thread and put their reasons, views and comments forward. that was all - i never posted to upset, or annoy anyone... i shall go now - sorry for any missunderstanding

Don't be silly mate ... you are more than welcome to question my view point on this. I have no problem explaining what I feel the problem to be. I don't know you so you can't annoy me. It's fair that you would come to the defense of the ESC that you know and are associated with, as indeed I would have a year ago before things started (in my opinion) to decline.

Like I said, I printed off that thread and let Betts decide, I wasn't the only one who thought you are out of order.
It seems to me you can dish things out, but you can't take it.

what about earlier in the year when you caned me for having a modified scooby, and not wanting to take it onto the track, or do 1/4 miles at santa pod.

Lets be honest now, I've been in the SIDC for 2 years, and was present at the original flat four meets at the Dick Turpin before the ESC came to fruition, and you've always been the same, you've always got to be the main attraction, yes you may have a good job that pays well, so you are abe to drive a nice car, but so what? You rub people's noses in your "bling" and expect them to be impressed, especiall what with the "I'm gonna get a noble" "I was looking at Ferraris" "I'm getting an EVO" with all this "I'm gonna get....." you have still got the WR1.

Also, I'm not the only one who isn't impressed by your antics, just look what happened with the Gangstabaiters, I can assure you that I wasn't one of the persons responsible for them, as I don't need to hide behind an alias to get my point across.

At the time of the Gangstabaiters, I wrote you a PM, but you never bothered to reply, and have heard on several occasions that you have been slagging me off.

Oh you really have not paid attention to anything have you. The reason the order for my Noble was cencelled is because I've started up my own business and am putting pretty much everything I have into that - that was the reason my WR1 was going to have to go and I was going to buy a honda. If I'm all about the bling then could you really see me doing that. You are spouting absolute **** ... Yeh I have always been the same! I live life to the max and spank the **** out of my car - I don't really give a flying **** about what people think of me or about me. All that matters is that I am doing what I want.

Your issue is obviousely personal ... you know nothing about me or my life yet feel ok in posting up the cr@p you just did about about me being one of the "i'm getting crew" .... I said I was going to get a WR1, I did. I said I'd drive it hard and make it the fastest in the country ... it was! Who gives a ****!! Tiny has probably the most 'bling' subaru I have ever seen ... Nevetas drives a Porsche Turbo!! Mate I have never been about being the centre of attention. I do what I want and when I want to do it. If that makes a spectacle than so be it.

People might think I'm a bit arrogant and in your face but to be honest I'm just me. I do crazy things because I want to.

The post by Cornelius highlights exactly the problem I am talking about. I have never got personal like that towards anyone on here and nor would I. He, and I don't think anyone would argue with me, obviousely has a personal issue with me - and I have no knowledge as to why. But he has helped highlight my point. Friendly and welcoming meets? With people like that? I don't think so.

This is not about me ... Tiny, Phil, Ed and pretty much all the original people know me and what I am like. I've always been the same and done whatever I wanted, and I will NEVER change because that just wouldn't be me.

hey guys please don't bring me into this - i have NO comments or knowledge - when i said "bad way" i meant towards the whole ESC and the forums... Im just a newbie and thats the way its staying

The thread has changed from the original thoughts that were on page one - as to why someone was not asked - at this point i asked Gangsta to wait and hear the other side of the story from those involved, who i believed would be at Butlins with no web facilities - and it was something that i thought should be said - now it has gone in a totally different direction - something from the past - before my time - and something i have NO knowledge of.

I believe a lot of people werent asked to do the mag, (i wasnt)

But there is no point moaning, it has happened, if you dont like the people at the club why would you want to go to a mag feature that they are going to be at?

The Gansta baiters were sorted out a long time ago. I havent seen you at any meets for ages Gangsta!

The main thing that you are saying about ESC being cliquey now, i think what has happened is it has grown very large.

It is not possible for everyone to like everyone. Different personalities do not go well together. Thats life.

I feel that next time something like this comes up maybe it will be put to a vote or have names drawn from a hat, then no one will moan and everyone will accept the decision.

I hope everyone is having fun at Butlins whilst im stuck at work!

The reason I have stayed away from meets is because of people like Cornelius with their personal issues. Our meets have become a good place for families (a good thing) and no kids should have to witness someone getting confronted. It doesn't set a good example. You saw what the guy said above, you know me .... best I cool down.
