Same thing happened at Midland Impreza, the guys fell out, stopped trading, liquidated, paid their taxes, divvied up the bank account and moved on.
No harm to anyone as all customers got their parts or suppliers got paid for goods supplied prior to the end.
Divorces happen.
Good luck all the guys at Jap Innovations - anyone fancy a move to Warwickshire - we always need good staff ??
