MTR,
Thanks again for the event, lots of great cars and lots of stunning scenery (until the mist came down that is- both types!!!).
CHU, that Type R sounded fantastic and looked really mean with the black wheels, thanks for driving all the way up from the south coast.
DAVE, the Stratos Replica sure looked good blasting up the Holmfirth Road, what a stunning looking machine.
Regards Paul G. (22B)

As one of the two Elises present yesterday (the silver one), I'd like to thank MTR for the meet and in welcoming us.
Certainly a challenging route, wet weather isn't the happiest place for an Elise but had fun with the oversteer. Also good to see some familiar faces from my Scooby days and the previous meets.
Chris.

Bal,
i think that i followed you from Snake Pass onwards. Yup, the Scooby has amazing grip and handling (but i think that you may have given the caravan towing driver a bit of a shock on the hill!).
Enjoy your car,
cheers,
mb

Boomer,
excellent pictures! *How* long did it take you to black out *every* number plate?!!
Thanks MTR (Senior & Junior) for organising such a challenging (and scenic?!) route - helped by challenging weather! It was my first meet, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
I look forward to the next one! Having helped organise 12-cars in the past, I know what a headache it is trying to find the best route, and I don't think it could have been better - well done!
Dave. (Silver MY93 WRX)
PS Thanks also to Boomer, Kev, and CharlieWhiskey for taking me under their 'Midlands' wing and letting me tag on to the end of your group (even if it did mean a few extra miles in U-turns! )

Extremely good meet!! Best yet... Thanks again MTR(& jnr.)
The sight of so many scoobys as we pulled onto Birch services was breathtaking...
The weather was a bit poor at times - which wouldn't normally be a problem, however I was struggling to grip with Avon ZZ1 tyres (I deffinitely advise that you do not ever buy these for your Subaru!!)...
This didn't stop some extreme over-taking on an excellently planned route, which was a great buzz to say the least!!
Thanks again for the time & effort spent MTR...Much appreciated!
Hope to see you all soon...

Dales,
I hope you enjoyed yourself.
I came out of the Flouch to talk to you on the car park, but you disappeared.
I told you it would be a good day.
Thanks for coming.
Cheers MTR
