50 quid for official team merchandise sounds about right, I've seen t-shirt's priced higher and lower than that.
Sad? not really, especially compared to some of the people I saw in Montreal, wearing t-shirt's jackets, caps, all official team merchandise, all very expensive.
I'm probably more sad with my Penny Arcade FF2K, ThinkGeek "WTF?" and other assorted odd t-shirts than you are.
