have you been in touch with subaru yet?[/quot
yes today, and they said the same as before.
they cant do anything until the CEL light comes on or they can replace all 3 sensors what they think it will be for the price of about £ 800 with fitting or i can run it like this until the light comes on then they will be able to tell me exactly whats wrong with it

Paul,
I did a search last night and it came up with a few things to look at.
Boost control valve.
Camshaft sensor.
02 censor.
Maf.
Its up to you bud but it might be worth looking at them before you spend £800.
Just searched a little more,
both these sensors can cause the problem you have camshaft and crank sensor, both can be removed and cleaned.

i will try anything now but i arent going to spend anymore money on it without knowing 100% what the problem is
lee i keep finding things out a fair bit when doing these searches and they all say " check wireing" bad earths ect...
all im thinking about is when my boost gauge was done those 3 lights went out didnt they?
now one is back on again, so is it worth just checking those loose wires out again? just a thought.

It wont be anything to do with the boost gauge wiring, but that does need sorting.
We will have to check everything on Sunday night, I'll bring everything to do the job.
