im greedy 
. i may be interested in that card m8. just need to play the game. i tryed copying it off the cd to c drive but it starts then fails after a few mins DOH! help.

) seriously tho you have nowt but **** in that car. by the sound of it get that RA? flog your wrx. have some change if the misses is moaning take her on holiday with the spare cash then spunk the rest on tuning it (the RA not the misses 
) and buy us lot a beer if you have owt left? then again cars will be cars and they do go wrong as in our pug gear box is on its way out. think she bust the sincromesh in it last night by crunching 4th big time 
. ill have to change g/b oil to see how it does 1st.

ok im talking to myself. 
one hour 15 mins later and ive finnished what i started. it wasnt a bad job and alone it will proberbly help spool up by a bout a "nats fart". anyways heres pix of what ive been up to.
the part im talking about.
it sits here in the engine for those whe arnt sure what it is and where it goes.
what i am trying to do in all this is make spool up a lot faster. am i the only one to dare admit an impreza wrx is slow (ish) unless its under boost? to start with i am trying to reduce spool up time by making the air flow more freely. this will increase the turbo efficiency alot in making the hose less restrictive. ill do this by smoothing out all the rough/flat edges making them taperd. look here at the inlet pipe and notice quita a sudden flat edge.
so with a nice taperd drill bit ( from b&q ) and then some wet and dry it ended looking like this.
it looks like naff all in the pix. if you study it then it does look much less restrictive as the hose slides ove this edge. now it makes it fit flush once fited to the intake hoses in the car.
it fits to here where the air is then continued to be sucked in by the turbo.
but if you look at the black greasy ( you can see how effective a oil catch can will come in handy very soon
) hose then you will notice it has huge restrictive ridges in it. basicaly its geting swaped for a 100% smooth samco .

acko - spoiler Update i won the item last week 20th Monday i payed him 21st the next day tuesday -
He emailed me thurday saying its Posted be here for the weekend [right check]
if he posted thurday it should have been here friday Hence he states he uses TNT NEXT DAY tHATS why he charges £12.00

Should be with me early this week

Well i have defo located the water temp sensor
stu - its ok from the front of the motor lean over that bad boy motor Mhhh
look right off the turbo and left of the throttle body`s . look Thro the mass of pipes theres one sensor for the temp guage on the clocks this is single wire
and theres another sensor this is brown with 2 wires running off wooo
thats the baby
...
ill up a pic tomorrow as me cars at work i used a Nice little micra today to get home and oh my god it like rolls round corners like you never beleave and the spool up time is unreal infact i dont think the turbo came in infact i dont even think its got one Lol ...

So that was all the secrecy then stew,going back to the good old days of polishing the exhaust ports to carry the gases more efficently, i think you may be onto something here,just a thought why not try to cut a cylindrical grove inside so as to speed up the air flow creating a kind of vortex that worth a shot i'm sure.
acko- still no spoiler i would seriously consider reporting these wasters to the police on the grounds of stolen goods (as you've already paid for them).

hi guys. not sure how to take lee d.t's commont to be honest i think its a good one?

thats right lee porting **** may well be the key. im not going to touch the inlet manifold or the exhaust manifold though (ill uprate that). going to take my intercooler off in a bit to see how much work is needed on the throttle body. i will have to take it off (like i did the inlet pipe) and bore it but as i dont have a new gasket for it yet ill leave it till i do.

lee- No leak just need a new one as engine check light come on and fault number is 21 - water temp sensor so ive ordered one from scooby clinic Hopefully be here tomorrow never turned up today ...
Acko - Spoiler will be here thurday just got a email if it is and i get my sensor in i will pop down and see you boys boat lake 7:30 .. then you can check the spoiler out see just How much chips and stuff is in these .. NO GEN PARTS
Stu - i have got hold of some stanless pipe 3ich Just wondering if we can use this for our inlet pipe s to our turbos bud could look nice ... i was giong to use it to make a back box but i got a box now

he is still getting feed back for other stuff
it looks like it s just spoilers who as complained ... also he as spoilers On agian
erm dont no bud i will give it till end of this week if it dont come i wont bother emailing ill just report him .. like yeh said report to trading standards ..
also even if the spoiler comes im giving him neg feedback as its took well to long to come ... and there s **** all he can do about it
