Damm if We knew sooner you could have had ours, we just accepted an offer on my 1.9 GTI, its going Thursday. Going to miss it but needed space to park the scooby ... Plus its helped pay the insurance for a year.

 

Well with baby Tang being 7 weeks old, I don't think I'm in a position right now to buy a toy car!! I'd want rid of the Ka first!

I'm saving my money from not smoking to buy my track car, so £12.50 so far!

 

We need a good home now for our 98 S Astra Estate ... going to wack it on ebay this weekend and see what interest we get.

I'm trying hard to priortise what to buy first... Stopped of at the dealers on the way home to see what goodies they had... They were trying to push the Prodrive pack, but I think sensibly I should add a Trackstar and snooper first, plus want to get the windows tiinted for the dogs. Dealer was going to fit Trackstar for 350 fitted... dont know if thats good Quote ?

Shame about the food service today. We've had long waits before, but today was appalling. Let's hope things are better next month!

But had a great day out looking for ward to the next one work permitting but being a newbie with regards to the meets wot a great turn out .

I think that the weather helped their a bit tho and every body very friendly more to the point all very nice motors

 

We had a good blast back round the 25, best bit was the Grandprix start out of the Dartford Tunnel.. Some Chancer in a Focus ST reckoned he'd have a go...I was like dont even think about it ... I gave him a good headstart then just blew him out of the water

It was good to meet you too, also chatting to anger and the rest of the Wagon owners, getting some good ideas... I think you may be a bad influence.

We have to come back that way as we bough the car 5 minutes from newlands corner and we have the original wheels to collect at some point, so Looking forward to the next meet... hopefully can combine the two and with some food this time

we didnt get to meet everyone, loads of people to say hi to being newbies .

We had to get off otherwise our two dogs would have destroyed the house .

Didnt spot you coming over or would have stayed a bit longer to say hi.

We'll be regulars soon as we are emigrating from essex and moving to this neck of the woods we think.
I want to stay with my job in London so as long as its commute'able to London Bridge (Ideally) or Waterloo. And of course thats if we can actually afford to buy somewhere.. just been looking at prices

I enjoyed it and was great to meet the people I got chance to talk to. Really appreciated how friendly and welcoming people were. Will certainly be a regular at the Surrey meet from now on.

Yes the drive was certainly something to remember! I was about 2/3rds back as we lined up on the A25 dual carriage way at the lights. Won't forget the experience as the lights hit green. Didn't opt to take that B road in the end but there is always next time!

Was good to meet you and thank you for all the advice regarding modifications. I'll look forward to catching up with you at the next one if nothing else comes up in the mean time.

Only a few days late, but there you go!

Nice to go to another Surrey Meet, good turnout. Thanks to Rich for picking me up and driving me around all day, hopefully my car will get sorted soon, but I doubt in time for the SBO.

Nice to meet others too, new and old, Andy Pugh, Chris (Insurance guy) and Ben et al.

Unless I'm mistaken Andy Tang does seem to be styling his Baby's hair after his own? Oh well, perhaps I will do the same when I'm a Dad?!

I blame genetics! My daughter will know the pain of having a "Chinese Afro"! Her hair is naturally spikey and I use gel so mine isn't!!
