I heard Tory councils pay out for these things OK, Lib Dem pay out but then put your council tax up to cover costs, Labour councils just put the tax up and don't pay for the wheels.

hmm so if i hit a pothole and then decide to claim for a tyre + wheel, alignment, etc, take foto's and fill in claim form then i may get compensation.
would i be better off getting a mate to complain about the same pothole and then waiting a couple of days before making my claim, meaning more chance of a successful claim ? Theres an absolutely massive one near me about the size of an a3 sheet of paper and 2.5 inches deep
