With regards to my last order from Ian it took a bit of chasing to get some pads and was then told they went on x date and the post office must have lost them when they did not show.............In fairness to him he sent what he called a "replcement set" a few days later. If this was the case then I was very appreciative but I suspect it was the first set that he'd sent

Ian gets his fair share of bad publicity which is a shame when there are so many who are happy with both product and service. I personally think his business has increased to a point where it's perhaps too much for one person to handle. As Warwick-hunt says though thats the time to employ someone else

From what i know, the post office does not lose parcels very often, to my address anyway!!!!

i will wait and see tomorrow if that is the case, if it does get lost than what do i do?? do i count myself unlucky????

I believe that this particular complain related to Ian and the post office delivery delay could have been expressed in a much better way or the problem could have been sorted out directly between the customer and Ian without the need of a thread. I don't see the reason why Ian or any other dealer who have tried so hard to build a respectful business are in danger of losing any potential customer over some delivery delay.

yes but a company NEED'S customer's , HAPPY customer's , you can't blame bad service on who you use for delivery , if he hasn't sent them ?

this guy needed them for a track day, he had left enough time and they were in stock and paid for ,could go godspeed not have sent another set in time ?
if godspeed stopped them getting delivered i would ask to see the detail's there's no reason to do that even if you were unhappy about the wait etc unless he still hadn't sent them and using it as a excuse to refund you ?
but if this is not first time for bad delivery than he should choose a better delivery company

Friday was track-day and I guess all this got me mad cause I was the fastest out there by 3 seconds. On standard brakepads!!

Godspeed has now accepted to send the parts anyway. Hope I´ll se the parcel soon as another track-day is nearing (and the car is going to feature in a carmag. also).
