Dear Chris,

We will be making an exception for your club if we do not take a deposit from you. However, we will be willing to offer you a club stand for 30 cars if you provide us with the 30 registration plates by the 4th of July 2005. The tickets on the gate for the day will be £12.50 per person.

However, if you are booking 30 spaces for cars on the stand, we will be expecting 30 cars to pay. If only 25 cars turn up, we will expect your club to make up the difference. This is the only way we can make it fair for other clubs that have already paid reserved their spaces.

is the qtr mile for anyone and do you need a ticket that to?

 

its 12.50 on the gate and to do 1/4 mile u think its something like £10 im not sure but u can pay on the day but i need your reg if u r deff goin to be there with us if not its £15 on the gate
