HA!! just found an old max power (1995)
I found an old Fast Car from '94 in the loft (Covered in chunks of insulation!) Classic read it is. I don't think the cars were any more tasteful - they were all lime green or electric blue with an opposite coloured paint splat on the wing. Or Fido Dido. Or Ford Escort vans...!
I remember buying the first Max Power (In the steering wheel shaped bag!) - it had a cortina in it that the owner had made the wide arch bodykit for - out of plywood and sheet metal for a cost of £60. It was a real sh*tter. The same mag also had the 6 ft wide Mattig Astra in it.

Yep remember project thunder, and the total wally that crashed it a few weeks later.
Best bit about Max Power was the teenage birds at the local meets who would lift their tops up
Who remembers pink or brown?
