Because he makes racist remarks on a public bulletin board for starters - so yes that does make him a pr!ck. Also being cocky to the police is not clever, i've been stopped many a time and some for reasons I was very unhappy about and also been pushed up against a wall by a police officer, still didn't think it clever to go being cocky to them - that just inflames the situation and loses any chance you have of being let off with a warning
