Don't think there's instructions, if you search on here there plenty of advice

By the sounds of it:

Front indicators - just undo the screw and pull out, undo the connecter & replace bulb with silver and then replace indicator with new.

Side indicator - slide either forward or backward (have a look at the new ones to see) and they should pull out.

Side lights - http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=394693

All sounds simple, but knowing me it'll take ages! everone else should be ok

I'll let you know how i get on!

Job done, just finished fitting mine. Turned out not to be as easy as I had hoped. The front indicators rattled like hell when they were first fitted. I needed to drill a pilot hole through where the screws go so that they could tighten up properly with the bracket behind. They then still rattled at the outside, so I cut off the old breather pipes from the old units and used those as packing.

Overall they look great, took me about 2 hours with all the faffing about trying to get the front indicators to fit properly. Done a really good job of it though

Now there is a car addict to spot an M tech 5 series from that pic! Yes, you are right, and no doubt you can tell me the engine size because of the suspension travel

Nearly right 530i Sport (hence the M Tech) They are great cars to "chill out" in. I love being a passenger in it. It lacks sufficient feedback for me to be really entertaining for driving though

Not sure, as I was after side lights only, but not to worry as I've sourced a set elsewhere.

Cheers.

yeah ure right about that but maybe as most of them come automatic as i guess so is urs maybe the reason for less response. One reason why i hate auto is that i dont have the feel of the car n nor do i feel as though im in charge lol

@ TBI - no problem, hope you enjoy the set!

@ Luminous - very smart!

I fitted mine yesterday and i was surprised how easy it was (luckly mine didn't rattle?)

I am in the process of sorting out the wedges at the moment, but hopefully i'll be posting some before and after pic's soon

Also - thanks to everyone for taking part and making the group buy possible

side repeaters.
I don’t need a minimum amount all orders and orders need to be received

Question

Just read the label on the box containing the front indicators:

'THIS AUTO LAMP IS PRODUCED FOR OFF-ROAD OR SHOW PURPOSE ONLY. THIS ITEM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR REGULAR DRIVING'

What's all that about? Are these definitely road legal?

This thread seems to confirm that they're probably legal:

Not bought through this gb, but i have crystal indictors fitted with bulbs that glow orange/amber when lit and mines passed 2 MOT's with them.

For those of you who don't want to pay £15 (aprrox) for silvertec bulbs, just take your standard orange indicator bulbs and spray a very light coat of silver paint on them. Glow orange/amber when lit still and you don't get that horrible orange reflection in the light unit when not in use.
