When you ordered your two weekend passes together, it would have been assumed that it was for two people in one car. So you should have received one vehicle pass along with your two weekend passes.
Otherwise suppose there was a car with three people in & the driver ordered three weekend passes. He wouldn't expect to get three vehicle passes as well would he?
To get a weekend pass & a vehicle pass for each car individualy you would need to order them separately,which would then show that it wasn't two people sharing one car but two people in two cars.
Hope that clears the confusion.

I would have order seperate if SIDC would allow me to have my address twice I have two memberships but it wont allow me to have two accounts so I'm stuck everytime I have to purchase, or is there away round this as we where travelling seperatly to this event?

I'm just feeling the SIDC is against me I complained about "address" situation when I brought my JAPFEST tickets by email, no reply and I have repeatly sent emails to willie@sidc.co.uk about forum no replys
