How big is our site with all these BIG tents some of us won't have any room unless we pitch in theirs?

 

almost got a 10/12 birth tunnel tent but i didnt i saved myself from putting up the great big thing so got a small 5 birth instead

Danny, Rob and Blacksheep attended a meeting in May with the organisers of the Japanese Auto Extravaganza to get answers to any concerns about the new place and to get a feel for the place before the mayhem hits.

The layout is somewhat different to what we were used to at Billing. The camping, trade and club sites each have seperate areas so they were a bit worried the stand would be miles from the tents but to their suprise they were allowed to pick their own pitch. After much deliberation and arguing with other clubs they bagged the best stand in the whole ground.

1) Its massive,
2) It is long and thin which means the cars won't be all bunched up.
3) The camp site is just next door and they have reserved the whole corner of it for us.
4) We're right by the main entrance, easy to find and be seen by everyone.
5) Toilet/Shower block opposite.

E = Main entrance and the 3 lane road follows behind our stand

£12.50 per person for members (SIDC or Scoobycity) for whole weekend on stand with food & entertainment.

£7.50 per person for members (SIDC or Scoobycity) for Saturday only on stand with food & entertainment.

£5 surcharge per car for Non members added to any of the above.
