almost got a 10/12 birth tunnel tent

but i didnt i saved myself from putting up the great big thing so got a small 5 birth instead

i will be bringing the usuall tent/garage plus all the usual crap to go with it and the infomas pink hair gel hope to have some new colours by then

Danny, Rob and Blacksheep attended a meeting in May with the organisers of the Japanese Auto Extravaganza to get answers to any concerns about the new place and to get a feel for the place before the mayhem hits.

The layout is somewhat different to what we were used to at Billing. The camping, trade and club sites each have seperate areas so they were a bit worried the stand would be miles from the tents but to their suprise they were allowed to pick their own pitch. After much deliberation and arguing with other clubs they bagged the best stand in the whole ground.

1) Its massive,
2) It is long and thin which means the cars won't be all bunched up.
3) The camp site is just next door and they have reserved the whole corner of it for us.
4) We're right by the main entrance, easy to find and be seen by everyone.
5) Toilet/Shower block opposite.

S = Our stand
C = Camping area
c = Our designated camping area
T = Trade areas
O = Other club stands
A = Arena for Show n Shine and flame contest
E = Main entrance and the 3 lane road follows behind our stand

Reminder of costs etc :-

PAYMENT AT CLUB LEVEL. (SIDC or Scoobycity or both.But payed through the kind offer of the use of the SIDC shop)

£12.50 per person for members (SIDC or Scoobycity) for whole weekend on stand with food & entertainment.

£7.50 per person for members (SIDC or Scoobycity) for Saturday only on stand with food & entertainment.

£7.50 per person for members (SIDC or Scoobycity) for Sunday only on stand with food & entertainment.

£5 surcharge per car for Non members added to any of the above.

PAYMENT TO GET IN SHOWGROUND. (Nothing to do with SIDC or Scoobycity - Payable at Showground entrance on the day)

£15.00 per car for the whole weekend (including camping)

£10.00 per car per day for Saturday only.

£10.00 per car per day for Sunday only.

Children under 16 FOC

tiny i need about a 6 by 8 m area to get the beast up so if you can leave a nice space or failing that i can just pitch up the tent over some one elses i aim to be with you at 7.30 sat morning
