Got my copy installed and set up now, looks pretty cool but i'm not really 'in to it' yet. Managed to kill a hare yesterday, and a small boar thing, but still seem pretty weak compared to some of the charactors on there....

I'm just called "Iwan" at the moment, same as my Scoobynet username. Do we have a Scoobynet village on Draenor?

Only lvl 10 so far and was out all day / night yesterday ! need to do a bit of grouping in the barrens / cross roads soon if anyone is around today

 

Awesome, grouped up with a couple of guys earlier and did a few tasks/quests. So i've got a bit more experience now.

Going to have a shower and some food, then back on later.

I can see this taking over my life!

so the game still wont install, I have taken the game and the pc to the store giving them orders to fix it and install the game!

maybe online sometime before WoW500 is released..........

 

Got called out yesterday so ended up spending 6 hours working.

As such i'm only a level 7 orc warrier at the moment.

I'm on Draenor, do we have a Scoobynet guild or group? Is it something you can join permanently or do i just have to look for people each time i'm online?

 

I'm also on Draenor - level 7 wee fat paladin guy with a ginger beard. Hanging out around Ironforge as my stats are too low to venture on. Is it worthwhile listing names even...

Sorry mate, i didn't notice you messaging me!

I spent a lot of time yesterday trying (and mostly failing) to get back out of a weird valley in the middle of nowhere full of large stegasaurus type creatures that spit lightning!

Currently lurking in the Inn in Razor Hill, need to finish a quest to kill lots of sailor people in a village to the south east of Razor Hill.

I'll keep an eye out for Kheldar, where are you at the moment? Will hopefully be on there after work if I don't get called out again.

 

the general consensus was that if the game did not install that it was a ram problem, so i may swap 1gig ddr for 1 gig of corsair ram, also my harddrive is making clicking noises so may be on its way out - having the pc checked over now so hopefully all will be well in a day or so.

 

sure i was in / around razor hill yesterday.

you mean those red creatures.....tunderhead / thunderlizards etc. lvl 15 or so upwards iirc ?

i'm currently in the barrens. base myself out of Crossroads. got various q's around this area including the stagant oasis area, also raptor nests to the south near camp tuarajo and east to ratchet.

 

Im around razor hill at the moment, Hunter lvl 9 named Daroou, still trying to find that lt. benedict guy at the fort Grrrr!!!!

Will be on tonight, need to get my professions started and level to 10 for my pets

Has anyone found the tower with the airship docked at it, to the North East of Razor Hill? If you get on the airship it takes you to another huge island/world called the Eastern Isles off across the sea to the East.

It's massive, easily as big as the normal "world" that appears in the map when you've zoomed out to maximum.

I've come back to to Razor Hill though for now, too much to explore!

when you're ready to head to the Barrens, Crossroads is good place to be and we'll sort the guild charter ok.

where are you atm?

 

Still around Razor Hill, i've explored further afield but keep heading back there as i'm only level 7 and the quests are a 'bit' easier there.

Barrens is to the north of Razor Hill right? I think i've been there once.

 

Yeah Steve i got to X-roads as you where in the quest, then needed to log out for a while, ive logged off at the inn there so should be around tonight

Ive only just moved over into the Barrens at lvl 13, and pretty much done ALL the quests around Razor, Lin Sin Village (sp?) and Orgrimmar. Some of the later quests head you over to the Barrens so theres no rush

Barrens are to the west of Razor Hill, Crossroads are right in the centre of the Barrens.

North of Razor Hill is Orgrimmar the Main City.

not expecting the GM's to be anymore helpful than they were the first time so silentstalk is trying to create a guild now....

Sure, i'll drop you a line next week. Will hopefully get some more RAM installed in my iMac in the next day or two, plus I have to re-install the Warcraft software as I took it off.

Any idea if I'll still have my Orc when I re-install, or will Ihave to start from scratch again? No big deal really - i might try a new charactor.
