2-3 weeks will be enough time to fit a few more mods in before the run.

 

The fans and ducting are in and wired up..

and boy does it kick some ***.

On first switch on, it sucked a bag of nails accross the floor and into the extractor. lucky only the bag went through the blades.
Certainly saved sweeping up anyway
Chippy/builder is hard at it now putting on the finishing touches.

Will it be ok to take my car along just to get the geometry done but to watch the dyno session (when the date is decided)?

As I would like to have something to watch while I wait (too scared to get mine dyno'ed).

I'll be doing it in my BM, so there will be other cars there, not just Scoobs. Just hope the extractor is working well, as it's likely to throw out some soot! LOL

Nicci, I will ask Monday if Rich will "do you a geometry adjust" on the same Saturday as the RR day, I know they have done in the past.

Squizz/MattOz,
I'm sure we can accommodate the lesser makes but you'll likely to be last on the rollers as the bed length needs adjusting for different makes of car, it's best to keep it in one position for all the scoobs so that they can be compared more accurately.

We are almost ready to do a "full noise test" (probably using my car ) but something needs making first, to stop the roller shutter door lining from melting.
It needs to be "housing estate friendly" though, before we make a day of it.
