i had that problem, someone had to tell me!! you have to upload your pics to a web page, ie, photobucket.com, then copy the img so you can paste into the message box. is confusing!

take the url (ie highlight it) and with right click "copy"

Paste it in here thus

but remember to put
Code:
[img] with square brackets rounds it at the begining and [/img] at the end
So it should look something like
make sure you remove all the spaces I've had to put in to make it show to you correctly.
and it should come out like this when you post it.

infact ignore ALL that, I was rushing..

Just take the IMG listed bit and post it.. it will automatically show as a piccy

URL is used to show it as a link
Tag is used when you are designing a webpage in html
IMG is what you want to use here.
