iv got fueling problems so i have to drop out. scoobyclinic are going to sort them on the 10th march re-map time!! hopefully make the next, with my new rims n running engine.... hope the weathers good for ya as im now going to be stuck at work to pay the £750 bill

Well - almost.

After 18 months running an Alfa 156 2.4JTD after having my Classic shape turbo I am calling it a day and returning to Subaru. My problems with the Alfa and more importantly the dealer are too numerous to mention.
I have seen the light and repent of my sins!
As I am now a family man plus doing intergalactic mileage I have not opted for a return to the WRX etc but have ordered a nice new Legacy Sports Tourer 2.5 SE.
Delivery is end of March -so maybe I could bring up the rear as a "support vehicle", as it would be good to see some old faces again on a future meet!

Good meet, good run to skeggy aswell, slow enough for us heavy bugeye owners to keep up. Just need to look out for the CCTV footage on crimewatch of maffa doing unspeakable things in the corner of that wall. See you all soon. I got some moaning on the way back though, Jo not well, and acceleration was making her feeling like throwing up.

maffa i did turn up m8 hung around for 5 - 10 mins saw some scoobys heading towards lincoln wasnt if they was on the way to skeg i endid up in lincoln spending money at toys r us may be next time

 

No way

I know a few left earlier in the Blobeyes to Skeggy. Must have been around 2:45ish at a guess. Then we left in a convoy a bit later (3:15ish) in two green classics, a pearlescent purple classic & a red Bugeye.

Mate if it was us...sorry we missed you There will definately be a next time though .

Thanks to all those who turned up & to all who braved the cold & snow of skeggy afterwards Oh & the incident that may be on crimewatch....it wasn't me!!! LOL

All in all it was a good day & a good cruise on some nice roads to Skeggy ( I have the full video ). The only real let down was the weather after a glorious morning it turning so cold I couldn';t believe it was sunny & snowing at the same time

I have plenty of pics which i'll post as soon as Photobucket has sorted itself out & I may even put a couple of short video clips up if I can find a host

Nice to meet you all & to see some now familiar faces. Didn't see many of the women though as they were all snug & warm in the cars whilst we were freezing our giblets off outside

Great meet, nice to meet some new faces, really nice pub just a shame they were a little slow, will post a couple of pics up after I have de-frosted.

I see me and the kids were the only ones brave enough to go down the beach to look at the sea, I tell you my legs are still freezing now.

By the way, really impressed with the MASSIVE blue flame out the exhaust as we came away from skeg and the BANG was huge ! !

Made us both giggle.....
