Just to clear a few points up

1. We are meeting @ Thurrock services @ 4pm

2. Entering the Arena @ 4-30pm To get on stand , Marquee up , Flags up, Clean cars

3. The General public start to enter from 6pm , After this time no cars ewill not be allowe acces to the stand , Health & Safety

4. It will make it easy for everybody attending , If we can all enter as one @ 4-30pm , But i understand that there maybe a few running a little late , Hopefully we will be able to get you parked up on the stand , But after 6pm Is a

Has anyone still got any of the velcro suitable for attaching ESC number plates I could use please, popped into my local halfords today and they do not have any

 

homebase is the place for that...... heavy duty velcro is awesome.... tested to warp speed 5.........

 

I have a roll of the stuff in the car, your welcome to use it if you want mate. Will bring it with me on Sat.

Here are the answers to your questions.



1. Once parked up on our show stand, Is it still possible to get out ? ( One of the members may have to leave early ) this should not be a problem!!



2. What time does the event finish? depends on the turn out the more cars and competitors we have the later it runs but usually we are done before midnight



3. Please can you confirm how much we have to pay to get in as a club ? ( We shall all be arriving @ once to make it easier for you & i @ 4-30pm ) it is £5 per person



4. Adult ESC Members showing cars? £5



5. Children with Adults showing cars? £5 unless under the age of 6 were it will be free.
