I've been discussing Memory Sticks with my contact in Japan. They only sell Sony branded over there - apparently - and he can't beat the prices listed over here. I think it was about £100 for a 512. Can get him on the case if you'd like.

I've read that the pro works somewhere.

Not seen a 4GB mj, but even 1GB is pretty impressive.

Oh Yeah! Bloody hell!!

Bargain price as well, considering I was paying over £100 for a 128MB a couple of years ago.

DHL arrived at 2pm been playing since I just can't believe it can produce a picture so good it feels weird.

RR is a great game been playing for hours now and only half way through the basic level. Setup and working via my Wireless AP without any problems. Checked for updates and there are none.

How do you change the Menu colour ? picture I've seen show orange and my unit it grey makes it a little hard to read at times.

Craig.

Menu colour changes every month. If you don't like it, you'll have to change the date. Did you pay tax? PM if it's a bit personal.

Amazing machine eh!!

No tax bill yet I signed and the bloke left

Having great fun with it . only gripe so far is when palying a game there isn't a battery, warning it just goes off. I was just about to finish the last race of Basic04 when it went off. I got about two hours from the half charge that was in it.

if your running through a router or Ap then it won't work ..... the games all use Ad-hoc wireless for the games. My unit connects to the net through my AP to check for updates without any problem .When I loaded xlink kia ( same as connect ) and tried a wireless game there was no wireless activity.

Only way round it it to get a wireless USB type connection and set it to ad-hoc and leave the rest of your system on infrastructure. that way it will see your PC and then out through xlink or connect.

I think I'll stand corrected if anyone can fix it.

Craig

Nah, sounds like I'd need to reconfigure my network. I have a spare wireless machine at work that I can test with, but haven't got around to bringing it home.

I've only won prizes 4, 7 and 8. Starting to wonder if you have to place first in every race to get them all. I only have 7 races left in Expert, Pro and Basic are done.
