He currently goes under the name of TORQUEamada and was responsible for an attack upon my good name last week (which was subsequently deleted after a few pages of handbags!

Difficult to believe that anyone of a "sound mind" could do something like this. There is no way you can say that his conduct was not so bad as all that ajm, as your post seems to say. As far as I am concerned he deserves a very heavy punishment for causing so much grief to those relatives.
As UB says, a good kicking just causes more trouble for the affected people. I think that the birch could well be brought back for such evil actions. Might sort a few of the other thugs out too!
I also agree with what UB says about our wonderful government.

The birch might be a deterrant. Still in favour of the Clockwork Orange solution though.
