Gutted about car! Wind is ****! Debris is worse! Hope you get it sorted soon.

Quick note to all locals - check out my post in general for sale section for local bits and pieces I'm flogging. (incl 4 pots, tarox rear discs, gagues and pod etc.)

Gutted for you Richie, will the black marks polish off????????? Or is it worse than that?? What a bummer

Had my little lean-to lose the roof last night, marking the roof of the racing festa, that was underneath it - glad the Scoob is in the garage, still, a coat of B&Q gloss will put that right.

Angry Damded wind and rain

Was supposed to pick up my wifes new car from Stan Palmers in Carlisle today got as far as hexham then detoured of the A69 (all this in my good ladys 1.4 focus bless it) once of the A69 no further detour signs so decided to do a little sight seeing but all I could see was water water every where found road heading towards haydon bridge under a felled tree through a three foot flood and i was still going then oh S*&t six foot water on road ahead i thought oh i am fooked then three or four people in there homes completely restored my faith in Human nature first lady got a map out for me and guided me through several escape routes back home as by now I had heard A69 was blocked even further up towards carlisle.Stan Palmers wrang me 2 minutes after I had left home and told me not to bother as Carlisel was in a bad way with flooding.Second Lady took me through her farm land on several dodgy tracks got me back on the A69 towards hexham then home. But it was only then that i could see the full extent of the flooding in the Tyne valley. So thanks to those people for getting me and my son home. But after watching tonights news my heart goes out to those in carlisle and cumbria. If anyone has not seen what i mean watch the news.New car for my wife due next weekend WEATHER PERMITTING

Good old Northumbrian roads
I know what you mean though, I live in Prudhoe and I remember having to abandon the car in poor weather

he knew he had done wrong, probably why he stopped the heavy wind within 30 mins of me shouting at him

orderd 2 1000watt floodlights
gonna light up the goalpost myself from the outside (insides are totally destroyed lol)

straightend the 2 pannels that came off (one is bigger then me!)
will be useing sum hoooogle bolts or sumthing to bolt them on with, wont look to bad, but i will still have a missing letter right at the top, and theres no way im getting a ladder and going up there to try and fix it back in (found the letter kinda wedged inside near the top)

will have to send one of the lads up!! LOL

Just bought some HID dipped beam lights from the group buy.
Quite cheap, at 235.
Should be able to see better at night now( well a couple of weeks when I get them).

Hello again..........Africa calling!!!!

Glad to say I missed all the bad weather you lot seem to have had over the last week or so.

A few lads on this here boat have lost roof tiles, etc at home and there have been power cuts at my house due to fallen trees hitting cables.

Me.......I've been sunbathing!!!! Nightshift you see.......midnight to midday....perfect for a bit of "bronzeying".......pity I got burnt first day out......have only just bared my shoulders again!!!

Bryan.....you didn't say why you were selling........can you say???? Hope you aren't leaving Scoobydom altogether.

Micky...........Do you do any fancy waxy type polishing.....ie: Swissol, or similar??? I might have to pop my wagon down for a treat!!!!

Lord Harding,

Sorry to hear your bad news. No doubt there will be some 'shop soiled' good on offer on Wednesday

Have you heard anything from Midlife?

same as this

i have the spoiler red, the end caps black and the top blade is still in its fibreglass while gel coat, i cant show any pictures of the leggy wheels as there tucked up away safe and sound in the garage till spring
hadrian coachworks in wallsend do my paint, costs are as follows

vectra rear bumper a few years ago £80
vectra rear spoiler a few years ago £60
scooby front bumper £100
scooby rear spoiler £100, needed refinishing due to fibreglass joins etc etc
scooby complete back end in red £300, i stripped it all down for him

reasonable costs IMO
