Probably in her bag, but she's still out.
Think I've got my heartburn drowned now tho

anybody got a spare classic bootlid?
pref in white but any colour except red will do !!
did some investigating on mine today to find that there looks to be rust starting on the inside down by the drain holes , cant be botherd to sort it, these things always come back in the future to haunt you
nothing visible from the outside, probably got about 2 years left before it starts to bubble, but its on its way
cant get in with any tools to treat it

stuck a litre of ford white on as practise and to see how well white would cover over the red, also to see if the red would bleed through.
colour match from the ford white looks better then the bloody Subaru white i had done professionally
maybe
think i set the compressor at 80psi in the end, seamed to get a decent enough finish, i forgot to put the cap on tightly on the guns paint container and a little spilled out, this dribbled down the gun without me noticing and dropped onto the back quarter it was just 1 drop, easy enough to flat back
the rest = no reactions and no runs
few "dry" patches here and there, but i ran out of paint, i did spend more time on one back quarter to see how well i could get the finish from the gun, dry patches will flat down anyway
things i learnt today,
1. over spray gets EVERYWHERE
2. spraying with a proper gun is a DODDLE
3. somehow i have arsed up my brake lights
3 litres of Subaru 230 white ordered today

Well done Micky, looks like you're getting the hang of it.
Not long since back from TOTB where I burnt my head lots.
Also where this
broke
Altho Andy was leading on the drag strip having already posted a 9.53s quarter mile I think it was. Shame he didn't last til the shootout.
