i have a sore elbow
i have a mad mate that makes class things. he got bored so he made a "halfpipe" for his kids for there skateboards, he did not have the room in his back garden so he just built one outside his property next to the public footpath

totally going to get shut down by the local council
when they find out, he did not just make a half pipe, he also added lighting to the bushes outside his house to let the kids "play safe" when it gets dark
check it out

the bloke is completely nuts, he bought a shell of a boat a few years back for a laugh, and built himself a proper working boat in his back garden, with a mk3 fiesta dashboard and loads of speakers
he is very talented.

he built a typical wendy style house in the back garden for the kids, the kids then got a quadbike for christmas one year, so he raised the house up and built a drive in garage underneath it for the quadbike
had plenty of fun tonight on this

the young uns from my mates place of work showed us all up with sum mad tricks, while we struggled to build up enough bottle to stand at the top and skate down
i had actually "bottled it" after standing on the ledge and i was trying to walk back down, when i slipped at the top on the damp wood and fell into the middle

one of the young uns offered him £400 for it, there and then for his back garden
will probs have to sell it, cant see it lasting more then 2 weeks before the environmental health people go nuts

Quick question.
Anyone that knows me will know I'm a very unfit lazy b'stard, so obviously playing in a football match wasn't a very good idea, but I did anyway.
Anyway, I pulled some muscle or other, felt like I'd put my hip out for a week or so. It got better gradually. The thing is, being the helpfull mate that I am, whilst helping a friend push his car onto the drive (the heads off it so undrivable), I slipped in some oil, almost did the splits and thought I'd been shot, the pain was so sharp.
Now this all happened on bank holiday monday just gone, I still can't walk properly. The thing is, I've had pulled muscles before, now my entire inside leg has now turned a funny shade of purple.
Would this suggest something different to a pulled muscle, eg: tears in tendons/muscle etc. It hurts like f.uck still and is really pi$$in me off.
So any doctors post in here?
Where's Dion these days? He's a sort of doc ain't he?

Would if it wasn't for the stupid hours I work, and can't afford to take time off work. The painkiller's <beer> starting to kick in now
i had a vein removed from my leg a few years back when a valve failed in my groin and i had surgery, i woke up with a purple leg, if yours looks anything like what mine was like i would assume there is something knackerd somewhere along the line
got my new marquee delivered today
VAST improvement on the old one, although its a little smaller
weighs a feckin tonne

supposed to take 1 man 60 secs to put the thing up, no chance, took the 2 of us about 30 mins, and at the very end i found the instructions

Shouldn't be anything that serious. (I hope) Think I'll drink lots of beer and hope it goes away, until tomorrow when I'll try and arrange a doc's appointment.
