Did you know there is a #334 of 333, as #13 was never issued?

I used to own no 121, and it's still going strong.
No 334 is up here in Aberdeen somewhere I believe.
BTW I used to have a collection of Terzo/Catalunya/RB5/P1 brochures, but sold them all on Ebay last year. I even had the very rare P1 promotional video, which sold for about £70 on Ebay.

Hi John, thanks for your post. Some of the SN Terzo owners may well be the proud owners of your previous brouchure collection!
NEWS! NEWS! NEWS! UNIQUE NUMBER IDENTIFICATION!!!
After one or two people contacted me regarding lost Unique Numbers and not getting any joy from Subaru I contacted them with favourable results!
I spoke to a guy called Chris Gillatt in Subaru technical dept and explained that some of you had tried to find your lost numbers without success. This would also mean potential devaluation for both buyers and sellers alike. NOT good!
Having checked our own Terzo VIN number Chris was unable to give me details (which I already had obtained from them last year!) saying he didn't know where to find it. Anyway after explaining the situation of second hand purchase and devaluation etc he kindly agreed to search for the lost numbers.
He kindly rang me back to inform me the unique numbers were allocated to each Terzo's VIN number and he had managed to find most of them which had been catalogued and filed away, assuming they wouldn't be needed again!
So...........if you have a Terzo without your unique number contact Chris Gillatt or anyone in SUBARU TECHNICAL DEPT ON 0121 522 2000.
Have your registration document, VIN number and ORIGINAL registration plate number ( some number plates may have been changed to personal plates in the meantime etc) in front of you when you ring.
I'm sure you will get a better response now!
Regards
Jewels

At last - thanks to Jewels & Chris at Subaru I have my number!!!!!
Wait for it - 092 alive and well!
Still cannot get a plaque though.
Would any Terzo owner be willing to supply a high res picture digital and dimensions of their plaque so I could get one made?
Obviously I will not use your number. Promise! I am just so happy to get my number. I feel like I belong at last!

Terzo 64 alive and well.
De-catted exhaust, New short block replaced under warranty, Eibach springs,ECUtek,Green panel filter,Dump valve,Sti top IC,17in Gold Wheels, 4pot calipers,EBC discs & Red stuff pads,braided hoses,Whiteline Drop links,anti-roll bars,STI 5 rear spoiler,front lip spoiler.
I think thats it as far as can remember.
Finally also a 5dr for shopping and trips to the council dump as after getting the Terzo I found the rear seats dont fold down so had to keep the 5dr.
Andy.

Welcome to the club number:92!!!!!!
Negotiating skills part of the day job so a little gentle coaxing to the nice man at Subaru wasn't difficult.
Welcome our other new comers. Alas, no the rear seats don't old so not really ideal for trips to the dump but perfectly acceptable as a family car!

Any of you Terzo owners want to post up some pics of your Scoobys and show a mere Type-R owner what he's missing!

Scary price for any motor 6 / 7 years ago. That would get you a nearly new STi these days, and that's a far more comprehensive car.
However, as I've mentioned in previous posts, it is still the archetypical rally type car to a lot of folk. It's the version most entitled to the "proper" livery (ducks to avoid flak); any Terzo without the gold wheels is a WRX, minus the splitting back seat (more flak and ducks!).
Incidentally, I accidentally discovered a cure for the knocking that sometimes occurs on pre-1999 models : Scoobysport exhaust. Brilliant...
I'm just pissed that mine was registered on December 31st 1998. Another day and it I could claim a 1999 registry, although not MY. Maybe a dealer quota thing?
Not done too much to #275 -
Morettes
18" GOLD Technomagnesios on Potenzas (not too happy about them)
Mid-level rear spoiler
STi-5 front splitter
Scoobysport mid cat back exhaust (lurvely burble)
I still retain all the old bits for when I flog it on. BTW, I also ran 100W off-road headlamps for a while with no bother to the loom. And they were fantastic, for me anyway.
And, THE FIRST THING I DID.. replace those pissy front floor mats!
They were a nightmare, always riding behind the clutch or loud-pedal. I obtained a really nice set of new mats in blue with gold piping (true, Justin) which are far superior and well smart. I could provide details if anyone is interested.

Ours is still very much standard, it has a high level spoiler and the skirts, mirrors and door handles have been colour coded.
It was quite a laugh when we bought it! It had been home to a 6 month old boxer dog so you can imagine the seats weren't black and grey at all, they were more a brown dusty colour! The floor had been a permanent ash tray, the windows had been 'licked' to death by said dog and although it was a lovely blue colour we didn't realise how blue until it was washed or the first time.
It took 6 buckets of water and nearly a week to get the dog hairs and *** ash out!! It had no plaque, previous owner didn't know it even should have one!
We intended to have the paint work refurbished, most of which has been done, the wheels came off and were refurbished and it looked great! Alas it then it started with piston slap so came off the road for months for fear of doing lots of engine damage and finally went of to be stripped down whilst we went on holiday.
Came back tanned, relaxed, to a new looking car, with a new engine and a £5K bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and that's sort of put the mockers on any further enhancements so far. Well apart from the rear skirt, when nick investigated the rear beam was just rotted away and had to be replaced.
It's the most giving, comfortable, thrilling experience I've ever driven and it sort of brings out the horns in your head as it says 'Come on! DRIVE me!'
Hate for it to go but Nicks next big thrill is to come from a ZX10-R so he can't have both!
USELESS INFO!
Whilst TERZO means 3 in Italian the 3 on the badging represents it also being the 3rd special edition, MacRae series and Catalunya being 1st and 2nd limited editions!
3 Terzo's with delivery mileage only are still under wraps at Autocar.
So there ya go..........anymore of you out there?
