lovely looking motor...goes well no doubt
curious about the turbo though, a garret should have an external waste gate and has to be fitted rotated due to the size of the hot side...so that must be some sort hybrid?

Its a Greersport Racing Turbo. It only mapped to 1.6 bar and it puts out 470BHP, i could easily turn up the boost to 2 bar, and see 550bhp. But 2.5 don't like a lot of boost.

calm down dude not knocking, just curious about the turbo; as far as I am aware a standard 3076 runs an external waste gate and won't fit in the standard position so that must be a hybrid of sorts. Loads of different hybrids about that use compressor side of 30R and as I have a 2.35 I'm looking at 3076 alternatives hence the question. I'll give Colin a ring if you haven't got any other details

been reading about the Blouch alternatives on NASOIC Jura...so many options these days with standard fit turbos making good power. twisted set up is supposed to be a whole different kettle of fish to drive though...decisions, decisions

Ok guys be gentle!I am totally new to Scoobies.Only just got this as a project.Has been sitting for a year and is going to need some work!
Don't know what half the bits are on it!I know they are innovit wheels on toyos, bailey dump valve, prodrive exhaust, quickshift gearbox, aftermarket rear lights?clear side lights,555 seats(front only)some sort of front brake upgrade(off an sti??)piaa fog lamps with switch inside?are they standard?
I was told by the previous owner the engine may have been changed to an sti and i am trying to identify this.Air con removed?
I know the car is a bit rough at the moment!Going to need lots of advice from you guys to improve it.
Any help identifying the parts or advice much appreciated.
Cheers Tony
