Hello everybody, been spending too much time at work sorry I haven't posted or texted.
Bit of a panic during the week, Mrs_the _B said the Scoob was making a 'new noise'
Opened the bonnet to find my Dawes device in two pieces no spring or ball bearing left inside.
Been running around with just acuator pressure (10psi) for the last two days, untill a replacement arrives, and it's been strange to say the least...lots of noise but no go

Hope to see at the meet fresh from a RR shoot out.

I know I'm gonna get slated for doing what I've done, but hey, it's my carm and I kinda like the descrete-ness of it!!

 

You definalty should have left the spoiler on! You could have just replaced it with an orgional low level.

 

That would mean that i still had the holes in the boot that were letting in more water than a tap!! Thats half the reason for doing it!!

Tried that Mark, it just didn't work, plus I was a little unhappy with the quality of the 22b spoiler, whereas no-one could fault the quality of the new one, if you know where it's from you couldn't anyway!!!
