Lol @ making straight drop links We've all been there and made something that were convinced will fit only to find it doesn't Then it seems obvious why it doesn't fit.

Good effort though. How much lube will the rose joints require?

Still can't believe i did that. I learnt something that day, what the 'R' in 'R&D' stands for. I just got a bit caught up with the original idea and never really thought to check the car pmsl.

Carl will the K&N do for my 99 MAF housing if I dont use the fitting kit?
if so then its mine
sorry its got to this btw you worked so hard to get the magic 3xx and were an inspiration.
not to mention it was an honest eye opener that 300 isnt simply bolted on with a chip and filter

Aye well, facts are i will be moving into my house in July. I need money for things like washing machines, microwaves and will hopefully have enough for a lathe. I've had three visits from the police lately (nothing serious) but the car is growing a reputation. Adding it all up and i've gone as far as is realistic with this car. Selling the bits will go a long way to furnishing the house and i won't enjoy driving the car as much with 240bhp so it's highly likely i will sell it soon after (within next 3 weeks). At the end of the day it's a high mileage 7 year old Scoob.

The fun part wil be starting again - hence keeping wheels, AVC-R and all the other tasty bits.

Ian, TD05 has virtually gone mate. 3-port is available though. You know my PayPal addy.

Andy, not sure tbh mate....?

Nice to see my bumbling is still inspiring people. Went on a bit of a mission with my current STi 4 RA the last time i was home. It's now fitted with a 20G, Newage STi TMIC and a few other bits and pieces, lots of attention to detail and heat-management mods this time around!
