plus I need to re-read the whole thread and the "oil" thread to see what Oilman's recommended Scoob oil was and then I'd be after 2 engine fills worth plus topup and a gearbox & diff fill & a topup

OK, I'm thinking 300V 15w-50 double esther stuff is sounding good so 10 L of that should do.

Do you do Castrol Syntrax or something as good as (for a 02 STi) as I want to clean up the gear change a bit.
