3DMark05 is out...
Thanks Sith et all - I installed 66.81 and got it up to 4446 now i'm thinking of changing my puny 280w power supply to something a bit more substantial, do you think it would help?

Don't think changing the PSU will help.
You can also overclock and optermise settings as Alex has done. But if you start uping the voltages etc then you will want a better PSU.

Its worth having a good PSU on these systems, if for nothing else but stability.
Emermax Noisetaker is a good PSU, the Antec (true blue / neo power / true power) ones seem very good too, as do the OCZ ones alledgedly (I say this because so far, I've yet to be convinced).
TBH anything > 400W will be more than sufficient unless you are running hundreds of devices (HD, DVDR etc..). You are running a GT right (sorry if you've already stated that).
The only GFX card based benefit from a good PSU *can* be better GPU overclocks due to more stable power rails (i've proved that).

I have up'd the voltage of the CPU thou, VCORE, to cope with the additional strain of more Mhz (via FSB / multiplier settings).
