I have it from a reliable source that the female end of the home kit (ie receiving end) is able to work as a jammer (ideal for the rear of the car).

If anyone would be able to bring one to the testing day (see 'Laser jammer testing' in GBs) it will be most helpful to test it.

May also boost your sales if that is correct.

The LT400 is not the replacement for the LRC100. The LRC100 was also known as the LE20 (in America) the direct replacement for the LRC100 is the LE30.

Also the LT400 isn't even made by the same company (lidatek) as the LE20/LE30 .

The LT400 isn't marketed as a lazer diffuser, but more of a garage door opener.

LE 20 & 30 are sold by Lidatek
LRC 100 is sold by Target.
LT range is sold by Target.
Replacement for LRC 100 is The LT400.
It's marketed as a remote door opener rather than a laser jammer for obvious reasons.

The replacement for the Lidatek LRC 100 is now available in the UK.

The Lidatek LE 30 is a major improvement over the Lidatek LRC 100 and available now.

If you're going to quote things at me check your sources first.
That website is in no way related to Lidatek.
Its a company called speedsafe IIRC.
The replacement for the LRC 100 is the LT 400. Fact.

I was meant to be getting the LRC 100, but as it is no longer made I opted for the LE 30. Each to their own.

Anyway why would you want turn security lights on? Shouldn't they turn on automatically?

thats the mega bright one that would blind me if it switched on! so once the car is safely in the garage i switch that on. in fact im sure if set up correctly it could turn the lights on in the garage too! but yes it IS each to there own and i have opted for the more legal of the two!

and the better of the two too.

Everey review states that the target model is more effective and easier to install as well as being more reliable.

Just to reiterate

LE 20 & 30 are sold by Lidatek
LRC 100 is sold by Target.
LT range is sold by Target.
Replacement for LRC 100 is The LT400.
