If coming off the M23, when you get near to the dealership, follow the diversion signs - you just go round the block to approach from a different direction.
I need to get there earlier so won't be in any convoy, I'm afraid.
Bring your wallet Rob - you know it makes sense!!!!!!

Well......the rain held off...........Dave and Mike and the crew worked like trojans for nine hours without a proper break (still there hard at it at 6pm when we left) so they deserve a very big thank you..............the sandwiches/drinks were excellent AND FREE!!!!!!...........the dent man did a great job, as did Jon on the wheel repairs..........we enjoyed test drives in the Forester 2.5XT, the legacy 3.0R Spec B, and the new STI9..........nice to meet some new faces and thanks to some old faces for your support.........I think the max number of cars at any one time was 25.........I hope you all enjoyed the day and apologies to anyone to whom I did not introduce myself.

2.5 Forester corners flatter than ours, and seemed a bit more torquey, but had only done several hundred miles. It did not seem that much different externally, apart from the wheels it looked exactly the same. Now that Legacy...............!
Well done to the organiser and yet again I feel a debt of gratitude to Dave and the boys.
Dave (and then Mike) worked tirelessly on my Wagon for about 3 hours to fit a replacement A-pillar pod, Boost and Oil Temperature gauges.
The ultra sonic sensor (in the drivers A-pillar) cable could not be cut, so it had to be undone at the control unit (passenger side) pulled through the under-dash, removed from the existing A-pillar pod and then re-assembled with the new pod.
Add to this a replacement pod that was not quit the right size and had no moulded fixings.... but Dave got it in
Just got to find out if 0.5 bar boost and held on a fast pull away is OK and why the boost is up to 0.7 bar when accelerating in 4th or 5th…. and how do I get more boost
Anyway.... thanks again Dave, Mike, Loppy and Gatwick Subaru.

My first scoobynet - eastsussexscoobies meet. Really enjoyed myself. Some really interesting cars and people.
Nice afterburner on the all-white classic!
And thanx to Dave for identifying my brakes! Looking forward to next meet!

Great day, seemed to be working too hard trying to get to the bottom of Steve's RA's running problem and also trying to get Keiths bolt in the right hole
Apologies if I did not chat, if we didn't meet mine was the Silver saloon 3-wheeler.
P.S Great wheel refurb by the way...cheers Jon (wheel man)
See you on the 8th Nov at Brands, if your going or 5th/6th Nov at the Tempest Rally (Aldershot)

Great day, loads of good people, cracking service from the boys at Gatwick Subaru. Looking forward to getting to the next meet and reaquanting. Hopefully will have the white line anti lift/roll fitted by then too.

Only down side to the day was listening to the fortunes of the Mighty Fulham FC go from great to bad to dreadful in the space of an hour via Waggy Doo's mobile phone updates

!!!!God i just know im going to regret saying that!!!!
I will have one eye firmly planted on it. Come on you yids!!
Strange, we went through every team possible on Saturday and couldn't come up with Portsmouth! But then again, they are a team that I am trying to forget this season (as are most of the others at the moment
)
The weekend did get marginally better after finding out that the blue scum had lost though!!!!!
I have been getting some serious stick from the local "scousers"
(all arm chair merchants of course
) Better a bit of banter I suppose, than losing my wheels in a revenge attack!!

I got to Gatwick Just as you were leaving for the game.
I gave my season ticket to a mate for the day as I was dropping my missus off at the airport. She got her times all wrong (she originally said 2.30 drop of which turned into 2,30 departure
) and I already it given away.
Are you Hammy End? I am in block HA6 Row N
Loved the number plate by the way!

Another thumbs up to Dave and the guys at Gatwick Group. Even though I missed Saturday they still looked after me today with a great deal on the geometry check I'd booked for my STi
. Oh, and they had it all done by 9am so I wasn't too late for work

Always the way mate.
I remember saying the same things about the Palace game a couple of weeks ago. 3 points in the bag & banker were some of my words of wisdom.
