Probably around 6.00pm depending on traffic . Got a rugby match in Leeds in the afternoon finishing at 4.00pm then travel back here, feed the dogs and cats then set off to Fleetwood to meet up with all the other scoobs. They leave for Blackpool about 8 ish.

spotted 2 tonight in leigh town centre both blue one had a female drive mid 30's and the other was behind me so couldnt see any of you lot??

It was me and I was struggling. One of those days when you forget how to drive. Its an age thing. Still no fault claims to date AndiT and never driven up ridges at the side of the road backwards yet . Sometimes don't remember driving to the place where I am though.

Did see jaytc at the top of the street though.

 

One of the cases when I can't remember driving home although I know I had been in Leigh. Didn't spot you though and I usually use my mirrors at reg intervals.

 

I maintain that that was the quickest way round the corner, it was an extremely late apex

 

 

Andy10, you being a sparky and all that, is it usual to have the same coloured wires in light switches? bBasically I am changing all the sockets and switches to match and I did a few last night and they only have red wires in there (apart from an earth on the socket mounting thats in the wall)

 

Thats right jaytc. Both wires are red or bown and classed as live. The switch justs breaks the live wire enabling the light to go on or off. Any problems I've got some easy to follow diagrams that you can have showing different systems used and how to wire the switches.

I was sat on your bumper from tesco to shakerly road cant belive you didnt spot me il av to start honking my horn and flashing my lights!!!

 

Did you see the cop with the speed gun at Tyldesley old road on the railings. Hope its not zero tolerance as we'll both have tickets. Probably passed him about 35 to 40 mph.

Was up in Hindley at the week-end (in my Volvo) & I saw quite a few scoobs. On a 15 min run last night from Hindley to Ashton saw 4, all classics. Two were silver & there was 1 R plate DGM with a loud exhaust that was driving like a pratt, very fast, then breaking hard for a car that he came up on. He then was trying to overtake that car. 30mph limit as are all roads around there it seems!

 

About 9 pm ish give or take half an hour.
