White classic spotted at Bolton general this morning. Hope your missus is okay. Blue classic spotted this afternoon (R plate) which I thought was dawdling on the East Lancs between Leigh and Tyldesley. Didn't realise that I was over 80.

Loud exhaust and dump valve... I had to check my drive to make sure my beloved (the car not the wife) was still there

quite a quick turnaround for the box to be done, was it a replacement or did they repair yours?

 

I could try all of em like the sound of the black boot polish.The turn around was pretty good they repaired my gearboxm, when they took it apart they only found 2nd gear to be nackered so av had that replaced and av had a new cluch plate put on they thought the cluch being warn was something to do with it. Must say though after driving it yesterday it feels alot better going from gear to gear.

just had the car back in the garage again the reverse lights are now staying on as driving round the timing is slightly out ad a couple of stalls out of yesterday it was running at below 500 revs when it wasnt in gear, hopefully its all fixed now!

Typical of us around here. We only ever see each other when one is either walking or in someone else's non-scoob car. The only exception is AndiThompson but he just stalks us all.
