HI we have a number of installers who are also window tinters as far as I am aware none of them will tint the fronts due to it being illegal

I believe (may not be true) that if your car was tinted prior to the change in the law they cannot make you legally remove them (,ay be BS tho).

One of the chaps I work with had very heavily tinted windows front and rear. The police used the light meter on them, and after pronouncing them "the worst they had ever tested!" he was fined £60.00 AND got 3 points on his licence.

Not a happy bunny!!

 

Also having front/side tints invalidates your insurance (...ie its not roadworthy.)
