Aye. No worries. Lived in Manchester for 18 months before coming down to Stafford, so should find it ok (lived in Miles Platting for 6 months!! ).

Will just drive up on the day and tell work I am having my car serviced.

As they are very similar tyres to T1-S's, and look to be around £20 more, once we have definate numbers, I will be able to barter for better prices for the R's.
I am keen to try out the R, so am more than happy to get them instead of the S's.

I was getting all confused then. Couldn't work out if ***** of Chris were sorting the GB!!

I am definitely going to go for 4 x 215/45/17's. The only thing I haven't decided on is the extra confusion of "S" or "R"!! I would rather give the "R" a go if the price is ok.
