The body kit is made in Japan and aimed at the jap street racing scene!!
The paint on the bonnet you all see is an american thing dont ask me why they do it but they do, it would have been best to leave well alone.
Most people wont like it because it takes away the rally heritage that we all associate with the Scooby !!!!!!

Do-Luck GDB
Hi,
JUst going through some searches and found this old thread.
I can give some input about this car.
It is owned by Do-Luck Japan and is a demo and development car.
The bonnet is carbon fibre with the last 5 mm of egde colour coded. The reason it is this way is that it brings the Carbon fibre bonnet into the rest of the car, ie it doesnt look like a carbon bonnet been just slapped on without thought. The doors I dislike as its a bit too USA for me, they are not a Do-Luck product, the manufacturer sponsored Do-Luck to try them out in Japan.
We have the same kit on our new GDB STI which is our newest project car.
Need to know anymore about the car? I have seen it in the flesh many times before in Japan, indeed they are still working on new parts for it including a carbon fibre boot lid for street application and race as well as an all new V mount intercooler conversion which is radical.
