bootlid will be available (supplier email this morning) for £395
bonnet was £380 on the last one and the supplier reckons we can hit that mark.

So, anyone up for a bonnet at £380?
I know I definately am.

one more point, presently the bonnets are being upgraded to make the scoops stronger still for 1/4 mile sprinters so these will be the uprated new improved version as well
any interest at these prices?

 

Peanuts, i will have a boot lid, but one question with the bonnets are they complete carbon fiber inc frame, or is it carbon skin over fiberglass?

I believe its wet lay carbon fibre so its a layer of carbon over the top.

However, carbin skin over fibreglass, you can see the skin and looks terrible. These bonnets look like carbon, and are a little lighter than the ally ones (not as light as dry carbon which is stupidly to light)

Their boot lids are superb

 

Is this still going ahead? would definately be interested.
One question though, Ive been told they dont fit very well on the left side on pre 97 cars, my 95 WRX is facelifted to 2000 spec

I guess there is going to be some surplus Turbo Bonnets when you guys get new ones, if one of you have a turbo bonnet that will fit a MY97 (make life easier if it was green) then I would be interested in taking it off your hands.
