I think the wife thought it was a consignment of **** from Hong Kong. She was even less impressed when I told her it was an air filter for the scoob. LOL
...strangely, got a very similar reaction, plus expletives, from my Missus, God-luv-her!Got mine last week, but only just got around to fitting and replying, so big thanks to BAH and Simon for sorting out, nice one.
In terms of driving, I reckon it definately feels punchier in the midrange (had ITG foam filter before), diff to tell categorically, as I recently changed back to unequal length headers, so car feels significantly diff anyway, but def worthwhile.

Mine arrived today - yippee!!!!!
Feels better than the standard Subaru OEM one certainly - maybe placebo effect but I like Placebo's!!!! At last - something STI on my car (lowely WRX)!

Fitted one this afternoon.
Took an hour to run the wife to work - 5 minutes away.

Thats cools as long as I know it hasn't been lost in the post. Will give the new disc's and pads some more time to bed in anyway. Not sure how i am going to make up the lost power from the missing go fast sticker though.

I've not found the courage to fit the stiracing sticker - can't handle the thought of the car being any quicker than it already is

I'm also one of the last nine and the air filter arrived yesterday morning.
I fitted it today, the old filter looked clean on the top but underneath the filter was covered in greasy old oil, the car has done 16500 miles in 17 months from new. I will check my air filters more often.
