UK 03 WRX .. mint
bttt for a nice looking car.
Darren, car mags might get a better response, I guess most people that are on here have a Scoob already. Shame would be a good buy for someone.

I think the main problem is you can get a brand new UK WRX for £16500 from Motorpoint on an 04 plate. This is killing the 2nd hand market a little bit for new shape cars. I only got £16000 for my 03 plate 6 months ago and it had a PPP, that was a price from a trader though rather than private sale.

Then add another £800 for alarm, Tax, admin fee, GAP insurance etc, then buy a new rear box as the standard one is crap(£200) so £17500 more like it.
I know as i bought mine from motor point 2 months ago, still i don't care as i like it so much. Just got some 19" to fit and then some prodrive springs.
Sounds like Darrens car is a bargain now when you do your maths.
Good luck in the sale Darren, nice car like mine.

Yep those will be the "hidden" costs they dont put on the advert.
Still £17,500 is a good price for a new WRX but most dealers will knock a chunk off the list price which means in reality there probably isnt that much in it.
Still, the second hand market is struggling a bit at the moment but its bound to pick up. Hang in there for a good price m8.
