A few questions guys Will the STI engine fit my 2001 wrx straight in no messing ?
If so how much ?
Sti intercoolers, do they make much of a difference on a wrx running with PPP , noticable for the Pounds spent ?
API dave do you still have sti intercoolers to fit my2001 wrx ? You in the midlands as well ?

Short motor, straight in mate no messing, whole engine not quite so easy because of the VVT. You can ignore the VVT and it'll just be there but not working.

But when ignoring the VVT nobody seems to know where the intake cam sits... Subaru documentation contradicts itself, one says at 0 degrees an other document says -5 degrees retarded which will make loads of difference to where the engine makes power / spools up etc.
ECU & associated wiring required to drive AVCS (VVT)
