I had a similar thing a while back, couldn't get an appointment at the docs for a syringing for 2 weeks , so I bought a plastic syringe from the chemists, and set about it in the sink at work with a glass of warm water, after about 15 or so 10cc syringefulls into my lughole, this bad boy popped out
