John look for a decent reserve list as a load of 'so called' comfirmed runners at the last one pulled out at the last minute.

I even ran the wagon to make up the numbers and it wasn't even WASHED!!!!!

Can Jim get a warrior on the rollers as the one I got is faster than sti-04's!!!

 

Should be able to make this, not gonna bother taking the car on again but been away for some time so will be good to catch up on the banter. Looking forward to it.

 

LOL mines has only just done 1000 miles so **** no's what its putting out it better be close to the rated 140bhp with the upgrade

if these are l200's , do they reek like a bastid at wide open throttle , fine if you roll it on slow but like an old tractor with fit to floor?

 

well i havent really looked to be honest as i dont give it hell

its on old 2.5d engine that in an 04 shell so you/i can expect a bit of reek from it, though the new import'd challengers have a 2.8d & they look safer

 

so the bores are glazed and the motors slow with driving too gently

I thought it was a new engine , up from 90something bhp? . look in the drivers mirror and go WOT

Spoke with Jim today and due to his manning levels on sunday i.e. he's on his tod' there is a max of 12 runners, with the prospect of a couple more depending on how the day progresses.
