Sorry to delay sonic but i was off at weekend. Only query i have is how do we receive delivery or do i have to pick them up ? This could be a major stumbling block as I'm 15 miles from John O'Groats!! Can we pick them up from a local halfords? (still 120 miles but can pick them up if its a bargain ) Definately interested though as long as the set comes in at under a grand. Thanks.

sorry guys still no definate answer on tyres or definate discount level,
checked again today but cannot get an answer direct ,as store has to get information from supplier and also head office
and they are dragging their feet!

Like the sound of those prices quoted,i will have a set of 18's in silver for a 00 classic at that price, with hankook or toyos,no other tyres.How many do we need for those prices,are we there?slight prob though i am out the country from 17th to 24th.Will go to local halfords tomorrow and c what the score is.

i have just called halfords to check the stock and availabilty for the oz super legs and the guy has just told me they have no colours left only gold in 7 x 17 can someone else call there halfords!

 

Contacted my local Halfords Superstore. Advised that these alloys are not kept in stock.

As and when an order is placed, they are ordered and you will have them within 5-10 working days.

He also mentioned that it is 20% discount depending on tyres.

I think its best to go 2 ur local store and place the order???

Any ideas Sonic?

Am i just being thick with this or is it any Halfords that are doing 20% off at any branch or is it just with this group buy?

I am wanting a set of 18s s'leggras in silver but b4 i say 100% yes do i get to know the exact price?? as if it is defo 35% then i want a peice of this!!

yep he said the same thing but i asked him to check the warehouse stock and theyve sold out but only have gold in 17

 

Here is the definitive answer..
20% off alloy tyre packages + 6months deferred payment(interest free) or 10 months with 10% deposit which will be the interest eg cost £1000 ..£100 dep then 10 @ £100 total payable £1100.available at all branches (national company) ....silver sonic is trying to negotiate an extra 15% discount and which will have to placed at the Dewsbury branch but delivery will be to your local store free..please correct me if i am wrong silver sonic...the only prob is what tyres will be fitted..
P.S this offer will end soon but i am informed that there will be a different offer along soon but what, no one knows

Finally got an answer from HALFRAUDS.
no answer on tyres.
but a definate no on extra discount
why they could not give me an idea days ago on scale of wheels req i dont know!
but not enough sets for extra discount they say!
so everyman for himself , you can get 20% off at any Halfrauds until Monday, (they say) so pop in your local and see.
local lads to leeds i may have another card up my sleeve

215-35-18 budget= £1065 toyo t1's = £1180
235-35-19 budget= £1380 toyo t1's =1450
this inc vat and poss fitting aswell locking wheel nut's are available if needed
prefer people in the leeds area unless you are willing to travel to leeds
