£40?????
Fcukin hell......
They're startin to charge as much as Holdcroft now.Has Danny boy got a sideline in karting then??? lol
The first time we went and I organised it,we paid £25 (Probably cos of my negotiating skills )
I think £40 is takin the proverbial.....
Nikko, let Zippy on the case. They'll end up payin us to use the circuit!! lol

OK, I've got it: Kes has to drive Zippy's SAAB, he'd have no chance in that! LOL

Unhappy

I will give them a ring and see if I can get it for £25.

Could suggest that we run a 5 min qualifying / practise session then a 20min race for £25.

The SAAB is a quality 'Q' car, 247 BHP, no power sapping 4WD and some baseball cap wearing oik behind the wheel, ohh and finally its new,not some £5k, 34th hand classic.

Take the p#ss all you want but it was my choice even over an STI8.

Anyway back on topic,i'm still going even though a bank loan may be needed to fund it.

Zippy, be honest.

Your boss told you to buy the Saab, or you would be out of a job.

I believe he has also told you to stop wearing baseball caps in client meetings, and to lose the Sovereign rings.

Your the only bloke Ive ever seen who leaves for work wearing white Reebok Classics with a dark suit, a white or cream suit maybe, but come on....

Later Yoza (Carting sh1thouse, Im crap at it, so Im not going.)

Ira,i'm telling the truth,Holdcroft came back with a better offer for my car within 4 hours of me signing for the more expensive SAAB.

It was there own fault i didnt get an STI due to them playing silly buggers on the trade in price if they had got there finger out faster i would have had the car off them.

I'm totally happy with the new car and have no regrets getting shut of the Subaru.

I'm off on my 1st SAGA holiday soon and even Nick A is coming along.Long live SAAB.

Yoza, can i borrow one of your white suits that match your hair or has it now gone cream with a ginger tinge ? Youll have to stay out of the sun with that much peroxide on your head or god knows what colour it will end up.

Its natural and you know it.

As for the suits, just knock round, and bring me dumpvalve with you.

PS. Thats PEROXIDE , says so on the box.

So your saying if they had come back to you another 1/2 an hour before you signed that you would have had an STI??

Talking

**** me Ira,that must have taken you a while........

Yes if Danny boy had given me a good price from the start i wouldnt have even bothered going to SAAB,or BMW or Mercedes.

I did want an STI8 but the trade in was a joke,SAAB offered a good price and the deal was signed in the morning,in the afternoon Danny boy called me and offered more money.
To late at the time as i had signed and paid a deposit,i was and still am chuffed with the SAAB as looking now, Subarus are 2 a penny. They are more common than a 3 series BMW.As for them Forester things, well say no more....

I forgot YOZA that bl##dy thing is still in my garage, its all thats left of the Subaru parts. If you want it we could meet near Widnes when i'm on my way to Runcorn one day.

In light of this confession I see no other verdict being given than...."Guilty!!!"

Hello again,
It's been a while but I've eventually got back around to logging onto here again (changed jobs etc etc etc)

Should be up for the karting if there's enough space left.

I will be coming up from brum so will call in at mcd's if time allows. Otherwise see you at 3 sisters at 7ish.

ATTENTION! Anyone going to John Lennon airport please make sure you don’t leave valuables in plain view and make sure your hub caps are secure!
