Reading using Tech-Edge WB electronic + Bosh WB sensor.
Logged again today and understood what was wrong : When the air-flow reaches at least 292 gr/s (for more than 2s), IDC > 105% for 11:2 A/F, the ECU switches to safe mode and decrease the IDC down to 95%, leading to an A/F of more than 12:1 !!!!!
That shouldn't happen if your car is remapped as this security should be over-written. Mine is not.

1st thing we normally upgrade is injectors ==>>>550cc & fuel pump no matter what model
with some ppl doing fuel rails(not me tho)
PS. My IDC(duty cycle) is 84% @ 7000rpm with 550cc &500hp pump

Rhodes, I can guaranty you that running 1.5 bar up to the red line, your engine won't last so much if you're running stock injectors, pump and FPR (and VF35 !).
I've just logged my car with WB O2 : the injectors are out at 6K rev with 1.5 bar (11.5:1), at 6.5k rev I reached 12.5:1 and 12.8:1 with 1.35 bar at 7k rev ! No way trying to enrichen the fuel mixture, it won't !!!

Dynoed at 274.5kw atw
Vehicle has all the usual mods except water injection and Nos.
850cc injectors, fuel rails, duel fuel reg setup, etc etc.
Now running 1.6 bar no probs on 98ron fuel, no det.
