RR,

Elvington is about 1/4 mile head to head drag racing and 1.25 mile top speed runs.

The only way to find out who has the fastest car.

I think once my 50bhp shot is on i will be arranging a visit for myself and the Seat boys. I aint to bothered about the 1/4 mile but am drawn more towards the v/max runs. I think were also looking at a day at croft a little later in the year (summer months) will prob see if the Club gti boys fancy a blast, maybe if we can get somthing sorted you scooby boys could show us how much faster u are around a track.

RR,

Teesside Autodrome will be operational shortly. I am planing on taking the Tyne Tees Scoobies there for a day.
Apparently, they have just been given a couple of Seat Leon Cupras to play with by the new Jennings dealership.

Teesside Autodrome is the new name of the karting track down at South Bank. They have extended the kart track to make it into a 1.6mile f3000 circuit. Last time I was down there, they were just laying the tarmac.

Looks good and really cheap once it is up and running.

Cheers

Maybe we can get a joint day organised as Jennings are selling both Scoobs and Seats the track owner might give BIG discount and a bit of PR for jennings.
