**UPDATE**
Evening everyone, firstly apologies for keeping you all in suspense!, I have spent a couple of days celebrating and generally drinking lots of beer
Decided to give it a rest for tonight, feeling abit off, I was a little late for work today so did'nt want to cause anymore problems! lol
Anyway, it all turned out nice in the end... I came out on top much as we all expected, felt quite smug as I remember telling the md at my final appeal hearing "you know as well as me I WILL WIN at a tribunal...." and I did ha ha!, what a laugh, feeeeeeels realllllllly good after all this hassle and rubbish from the Co...
I will start to get everything together over the next few weeks, paperwork has just been returned from the solicitors, is is about 4" thick!, but must wait a couple of weeks for the cash to hit my account (common sense)....
what a nightmare!, oh well turned out ok in the end!.. not as good a result as I hoped but still pretty good
Been a tricky year overall, my gf has just left.... it's kinda put a huge downer on things, feel absolutey gutted
Bad luck is supposed to come at once... had my fair share this year what with the driving ban, numerous scooby repairs, losing my job, gf, I'm really hoping things will turn round and I will have a better time next year, the thread title should really be "having a bad year!....."
Thinking of buying a bike shortly to cheer me up, although it would be rude not to take a trip to the local subura dealer at the weekend!, feel the need to waste some money and buy something stupid!... Looking forward to work next year, we have formed a BSB team and will be testing over the winter, so something to look forward too at least!
************************************************** ********
Lastly would like to say a BIG BG thankyou to everyone who had followed this from the start, The response has been astonoshing!, I really appriciate everyones kind comments and wonderfull support throughout
Thanks again, wishing everyone all the best
Tim

Good work Tim!
I'm sure that the money will be handy, but of more importance is the fact that you have been exonerated of any wrongdoing... and that your ex-employers have had their wrists slapped in the most effective way possible.
I'm sure that, once you receive the cash, you'll be pleased to put this particular episode behind you once and for all.
We'll all keep our fingers crossed that 2005 proves to be a rather less traumatic year for you than 2004!
Keep smiling
James
